Project Proposal

We include everything, from equipment and materials to installation and maintenance, and present it to you in a comprehensive but easy-to-understand outline. Expect clear, upfront pricing that will help you make your decision.
Initial Consultation
We’ll sit down (or hop on a call) to discuss the vision, goals, and budget for your new playground. Whether you’re looking to revamp an existing space or start from scratch, we’ll work together to come up with a plan that meets your needs.
Site Assessment
It’s time to assess factors like terrain, layout, and existing structures to ensure that our design fits seamlessly into your environment. If you have any special requests or considerations, let us know and we’ll incorporate them into our planning and designs!
This is also the time to get a good understanding of any laws and regulations that will have an impact on the project. This knowledge makes the design process much less stressful!
Proposal & Approval
Once you’ve had a chance to review our design proposal, we’ll work with you to make the necessary tweaks or adjustments. Once you’re happy with the plan, it’s time to build your playground! We’ll finalize the details and get to work.
Installation
Our installation team will arrive on-site ready to get to work. We’ll handle everything from preparing the ground and assembling equipment to installing safety surfacing and adding finishing touches. See something not quite meeting your expectations—we’ll fix it right away.
Safety Inspection and Final Walkthrough
Before we hand over the reins to you, we’ll conduct a thorough safety inspection to ensure that your playground meets or exceeds industry standards. We’ll check equipment for stability, inspect surfacing for proper installation, and make sure that everything is secured and sturdy.
As our customer, you have the final say. Once everything is installed and inspected, it’s ready for your review! We’ll invite you to join us for a final walkthrough of your new playground, where you can see the finished product and address any lingering concerns.
When that’s done, it’s time to play!
